Solbam 4th Anniversary Workshop – Laughing Together, Growing Together

A restaurant is more than just a place where food is served. It is a space where we meet our guests, brighten their day in a special way, and create experiences that linger in memory. Over the past four years, Solbam has walked this very path. Every evening in both the kitchen and the dining room, we have held onto the belief that a single meal can become a cherished memory.

This year, Solbam celebrated its fourth birthday. We wanted to mark the moment not simply as another anniversary, but as an opportunity for all the team members who have built this restaurant together to share their hearts, recharge their energy, and find new momentum for the journey ahead. That was the spirit behind our 4th Anniversary Workshop.

Bonds Forged Through Laughter

Although we see each other every day at the restaurant, conversations often remain tied to work. The workshop was a chance to break those boundaries and truly listen, stepping closer to one another as people, not just colleagues. From kitchen to floor, across every role, we came together as one team—playing games, sharing laughter through small events prepared by each other, and rediscovering the joy of saying, “It’s good to be working together.”

Chef Eom Tae-jun further lifted the atmosphere by preparing special keepsakes and prizes, while the team’s voluntary participation brought to life Solbam’s ethos of “creating joy together.” For a moment, we put aside tension and responsibility, laughed freely, and experienced the purest form of celebration and unity.

Deeper Teamwork, Warmer Hospitality

We believe that this gathering was not only about rest, but also about refining the warmth of the hospitality we extend to our guests. The more deeply our team members understand one another, the more sincerity flows into every dish that leaves the kitchen and every greeting shared in the dining room.

Solbam will continue to cherish these moments, weaving them into the experience our guests feel at the table. The energy we recharged during the workshop will ultimately return to our restaurant, expressed in even greater service and deeper devotion.
