Solbam X Cristal Room

This artwork was designed by the Solbam team, inspired by Solbam's deep green hues and the sparkling crystals of Hong Kong's Cristal Room.

Today, Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, a pinnacle of French gastronomy in Hong Kong, presents a special collaboration dinner with Solbam. This partnership between two chefs and two restaurants is a celebration of their shared love and passion for food.

Chef Eom Tae-jun of Solbam visited Cristal Room in Hong Kong, where he and Chef Marc Mantovani exchanged inspirations drawn from nature and the seasons, carefully crafting today’s menu together.

Tonight, the two restaurants bring their distinctive identities to the table while creating a harmonious dining experience.
